The SmallRig Left Side Hot Shoe Relocation Plate for Sony a6600 Camera BUC2497 is designed to relocate the camera's hot shoe from the top to the left side for microphone or light without obstructing the Sony A6600's flip-out screen. The adapter installs to the camera's hot shoe and strap slot via an M2.5 screw for extra security and to prevent twisting. With a rubber pad on the bottom to prevent scratches. There is a hand or shoulder strap slot on the side of the adapter. The hot shoe adapter is especially useful when shooting from the front of the camera for vlogging or selfies.
