Description
The Phottix G Capsule combines a softbox with a projection umbrella, allowing for countless applications. Use it as a traditional softbox, with or without the included grid, as a beauty dish, or as a softlight lantern. The lantern's unique round shape provides a pleasant, even light with a wide panoramic effect.
The Phottix G 85cm (33") Soft Capsule is medium-large in size and, thanks to its round shape, creates a pleasant soft light, ideal for portrait photography.
The "G" stands for the included magnetic gel filter holder. The set includes four colors, and the double-sided magnetic design allows you to change filters in seconds. You can use the gels to create a special atmosphere in your shots.
The G-Capsule series comes in eight designs, including octagonal, parabolic, and rectangular. It's equipped with a Bowens mount, which is easily interchangeable with other brands. Mounts for Elinchrom and Profoto are also available. These are available separately.
The softbox's white interior is finished with heat-resistant material that can withstand temperatures up to 120°C, and the gels can withstand temperatures up to 130°C. This makes the G Capsule a good choice for use with multiple high-power LED lights.
