Suitable for capturing architecture, landscapes, and tight spaces, this lens features rich, cinematic detail, oval bokeh, and artistic styles. This lens produces horizontal blue flares when pointed at a light source, giving your footage a dreamy or sci-fi aesthetic. An image captured in 16:9 reduces to a 2.8:1 anamorphic aspect ratio, while shooting in 3:2 produces a final image of 2.4:1.
A key aspect of anamorphic lenses is oval bokeh, which can gently distort objects and lights in the distance, providing an abstract background for actors.
