20fps continuous shooting with precision AF/AE tracking
The new fast image sensor offers continuous shooting at up to 20 fps3 and the camera tracks subjects with AF/AE calculations up to 60 times per second3, even when they are moving erratically or at high speed.

New unique burst capture feature
The new unique burst shooting feature5 captures even the fastest action, like the exact moment a tennis racket hits the ball, by taking multiple photos in rapid succession at speeds of 90 fps, 60 fps, or 30 fps. This feature lets you capture decisive moments that would otherwise be difficult to capture and can be used with the timer. It supports both JPEG and RAW image formats.

Real-time tracking of moving subjects
Real-time Tracking employs subject recognition (AI) algorithms7 that use color, pattern (brightness), subject distance (depth), and face/eye information to track subjects as they move. Maintaining a constant, steady focus on a moving subject helps you capture all those important action moments as they happen, whether you're taking photos or recording videos.
